After three years of efforts, it has achieved excellent results in November 2019, and has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise. The six technology genes are
（1） Design of science and technology: fully use science and technology development software, such as Pro-E, AUTO-CAD, PCAD and a number of advanced tools to maintain the leading position in the industry, continuously introduce high-tech talents and technologies, three invention patents, fifteen new patents and more than ten Application Center patents within three years.
（2） Production of science and technology: the automation production has been improved for four generations, with a total investment of more than 5 million yuan. There are three improvements over the past manual production. 1. Reduce the chance of neglect of labor, improve the quality level, 2 increase the automatic inspection, and eliminate the potential hazards. 3. Improve the production capacity and reduce the site and labor costs, which have offset the pressure of the recent increase in the rent of labor materials factory.
（3） Inspection of science and technology: not only maintain the past strict inspection standards, but also set more and better inspection equipment to check the quality, so as to make power detection, speed detection and motor impedance test more rigorous and accurate. A continuous recording device is added to monitor and record product life test from time to time.
（4） Science and technology management: update the ERP management system, so that business, production, production management, material control, procurement, technology, warehouse, audit and biotechnology, seamless connection and effective management.
（5） Service of science and technology: since 2020, it will successively launch 2-D coding of products, enabling users to scan 2-D codes on products, and obtain information such as product specifications, authenticity, parameters and troubleshooting methods.
